Brooke Million O'Donnell
Owner
Brooke is the third generation of MilliMedia. She has been raised in the advertising business her entire life, looking up to her grandmother, Carmen Million, who started the agency in the 60’s and then learning from her mentor andfather, Bayne Million, who was the second owner of MilliMedia.
She graduated with honors from the University of Alabama in 2005 with a bachelor’s in Communications concentrating in Advertising and a minor in Graphic Design. Brooke interned with the ISP Sports and Learfield Sports in 2005 anddesigned the University of Alabama football programs, winning 4th place in the NCAA Collegiate program design in 2005. Brooke worked as a Marketing Coordinator for the Comcast marketing department in Atlanta, and had work experience with the Atlanta Braves, Falcons, Hawks, Georgia Force andThrashers.
Brooke also helped roll out Wendy’s breakfast test in the Bowling Green market. She has a total of over twenty years of marketing experience. For two years, she was a Media Buyer at a local advertising agency in Mobile, where she placed andbought media for the 2012 U.S. Congressional race, and had accounts in Travel and Tourism.
Brooke joined MilliMedia January 1, 2013 as the VP of Media and Client Services. She worked as the VP of Client services for ten years before taking over MilliMedia as the sole owner in March of 2024, forming MIlliMedia into a digital agency. Brooke is not only the owner and entrepreneur, but she is also the wife to Sean O’Donnell and mother to three beautiful girls; Millie, Anne Marie and Dottie B. Maybe one day one of them will be the fourth generation of MilliMedia. When Brooke isn’t working, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, listening to live music, the beach and traveling in their family RV. She currently serves on the American Advertising Federation Board in Mobile, AL as the Co-President and Regional Director of AAF District 7. She was awarded AAF District 7 co-president of the year in 2021-2022 and 2023-2024, as well as AAF District 7 club of the year in 2021-2022 and 2023-2024. Brooke has also received multiple Addy awards for her work on Allen Beverages and Rich’s Car Wash.
Elizabeth Winsor
Social Media Manager
Elizabeth Winsor is a Mobile, Alabama native who has built her career around the power of communication and connection. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in News Media and has remained rooted in her hometown, where she uses her expertise to support local businesses and communities.
Elizabeth currently serves as the Marketing Operations Director for Rich’s Car Wash, where she oversees marketing strategy, operations, and community engagement initiatives. In addition, she fee lances in her spare time to manage social media for MilliMedia, helping clients grow their presence and strengthen their brand through creative and impactful digital marketing.
With experience in content creation, marketing, and social media management, Elizabeth thrives on building connections between people and brands. She believes marketing is more than just promotion, it’s a way to tell stories, foster relationships, and bring communities together!
She also serves on the AAF Mobile Bay Board as Co-Communications Chair, supporting the growth of the local advertising community. Outside of work, Elizabeth is preparing to marry her high school sweetheart in April and enjoys spending time with her dog, Beau. She loves the beach, being with friends, and finding new ways to stay connected with the community she calls home!
Georgia Tuberville
Graphic Designer
Georgia is a talented graphic designer with a passion for creating visuals that inspire and engage. With a strong eye for detail and a love of clean, thoughtful design, she brings fresh ideas to every project—whether it’s branding, digital graphics, or print materials. Georgia’s full time jpb is the graphic designer for Rich’s Car Wash. Georgia free lances with MilliMedia on the side and enjoys collaborating with the team to turn concepts into compelling visual stories that connect with audiences and elevate brands. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of South Alabama, where she developed a strong foundation in design principles and creative problem-solving.
In her free time, Georgia enjoys thrifting, watching films, discovering new music, and traveling. She values time with loved ones and finds inspiration for her creative work through these experiences. She also serves on the AAF Mobile Bay Board as the Co-Communications Chair.
Sean O'Donnell
Website Developer
Sean started working for the family business October 1, 2024. He brings over ten years of experience in the software development space to MilliMedia. Proficient in multiple website Content Management Systems, he specializes in the WordPress open-source platform, of which the possibilities of what can be created for your business are virtually endless.
While not working, Sean enjoys his family life with Brooke, Millie, Anne Marie, and Dottie.
Keisha Wright
Accounting
Keisha Wright entered the advertising world thirty years ago, when Carmen originally owned the agency, performing multiple responsibilities. Keisha maintains the accounting and billings for MilliMedia, which includes invoice reconciliation and post buy support for all clients. She is a wife and mother to two kids and one granddaughter.
